With a fixed collimation distance, the DT1 is placed 12” from your gaming or simulation main monitor to enhance the immersion and realism of your flying experience. Our heads up displays come with a 30-day, money back guarantee from the date you received your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unit in its original packaging to Heads Up View for a full refund by emailing us at support@headsupview.com and we will email you a complimentary return shipping label. For orders outside the contiguous United States, a $25 credit will be added to refund for return shipping costs.

1 YEAR WARRANTY
Heads Up View LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, free from malfunction, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. Heads Up View LLC agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material, components or workmanship or to furnish a replacement unit in exchange free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of negligence, modification, unauthorized servicing of our HUD enclosures, theft or loss, and natural disasters.
To receive warranty service, email support@headsupview.com and provide a detailed description of the defect or failure along with any pictures and/or videos highlighting the described issue. If return shipping is required, Heads Up View will issue a return shipping label, free of charge, via email. Responses are typically received within 24 hours.
