The SC1 and SC2-6 (NEW) HUDs are designed for the cockpit builder and larger flight simulator configurations where the pilot to screen distance is typically much further. The SC1 and SC2-6 are a versatile HUD option perfect for cockpit builders and more elaborate simulator environments.

SC1

The main difference between the SC1 and SC2-6 are the overall width, collimator lens size and HUD bracket options. The SC1 is the largest model with a 9" wide base, 7" lens and standard brackets. The SC2-6 is only 7.7" wide, has a 6" lens and offers F-16 or F-18 style HUD brackets.

The SC1 and SC2-6 HUDs feature an adjustable collimation distance from 13" up to 64” and adjustable beamsplitter glass tilt angle ranging from 38° to 52°. Our HUDs are available with A-10, F-16 or F-18 style HUD glass options. Compatible with MSFS2020, Falcon BMS, DCS World, FSX, FS9 (FS2004) and Prepar3D.

SC1 & SC2-6 Requirements

  • Compartment size must be: 9" wide (SC1) or 7.75" wide (SC2-6)  x 13.5" deep x 6.1" tall (SC1) or 7.75" wide x 13" deep x 6" tall (Sc2-6).

  • Available HDMI, Display Port or VGA connector on your video card.

  • Top of the HUD base (collimator lens) should be flush with top of the dash visor of your cockpit so the HUD's beamsplitter glass protrudes properly above the dash visor and in the pilot's direct line of sight.

  • Allow for room at the rear of the unit for video cable and power cable connections.
